Sakyna is ready to leave her country, but her plans collapse when her suitcase is stolen and her mother falls gravely ill. Forced to stay, she must confront the very life she tried to escape, rediscovering the fragile ties between loss, duty, and belonging.

Adnane Abed is an Algerian filmmaker and visual artist born in 1984. A graduate of an architecture institute (2006), he began his career in film and advertising before turning to directing and screenwriting. His short Tech in Fusion won First Prize at the 60 Second Film Festival (2013), followed by Rose and Story of a Bottle.
