Niddal El Mellouhi is an Algerian actor and director based in France since 2001. He appeared in Secret Défense by Philippe Haim, Hors-la-loi by Rachid Bouchareb, and Novembre by Cédric Jimenez, among others. He also wrote, directed, and starred in Silmiya, exploring civic engagement and contemporary memory.
