Toufic, an 80-year-old widower, learns of yet another friend’s death. As he sinks into memories, a beautiful stranger mistakenly knocks on his door, awakening long-forgotten emotions. Urged by a young friend to try a dating app, he soon discovers that reality can outmatch the absurdity of the digital world.

Karim El Rahbani is a Lebanese filmmaker whose award-winning shorts With Thy Spirit and Cargo earned over 30 international prizes. He directed episodes of the Emmy-nominated series Beirut 6:07, created the Netflix docuseries Dark Minds, and co-founded Rahbani 3.0. A third-generation member of the renowned Rahbani artistic family.
