As they navigate the city’s sectarian tensions and uncover long-buried family secrets, the search for the scooter becomes a fight for unity, dignity, and survival.

Mira Shaib, born and raised in Beirut, is a Lebanese director and alumna of prestigious film development labs and residencies, including Robert Bosch Stiftung, where she attended the Film Academy Baden-Württemberg, Film Independent’s Global Media Makers LA Residency, Red Sea Lodge, and Torino Film Lab. Arzé is her debut feature film and one of the first projects to receive a production grant from the Red Sea Foundation.
